But Janeway's actions were good! She abided by the Prime Directive and sacrificed her crew for the well being of and innocent species, including Kes, who was coldly written off of the show by the producers... oh... so maybe you're right... Janeway's efforts were in vain if Braga was just going to kill Kes anyway.
